1. Steam inlet pipe and outlet pipe joint leakage, when the screw nut does not solve the problem, should add or replace the packing.
2. Pressure gauge and safety valve should be checked regularly, and timely replaced and repaired in case of failure.
3. After 50 hours of use, remove the lubricating oil, rinse with kerosene or diesel oil, and add 30#--40# clean oil. After 150 hours of use, change the oil for the second time.
4. Rustproof oil peeling, should timely paint, paint outside the pot, it is recommended to use x55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint.
5. After 5 years of use of this pot, it is suggested to carry out hydraulic test for safety. After that, the interval time of hydraulic test shall be carried out according to the requirements of technical departments in various places.
The pressure P of the hydrostatic test shall be determined as follows:
When the rated working pressure P < 0.6mpa, P water = 0.15mpa;
When rated working pressure P = 0.6-0.8mpa,
P water =P amount + 0.3mpa
6. The outer pan body is made of steel plate 4.0~5.5 mm thick. The steel number is A3.
7. The welding of stainless steel pot and stainless steel other steel joints welding, should use stainless steel welding rod, should not use other brands.
