The sterilizing tank is mainly composed of tank, agitator, heating device and control box. The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant, and by precision polishing, dirt is not easy to accumulate. The insulation layer is filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam with small thermal conductivity, so it has light weight and good thermal insulation performance.
Installation and debugging:
1. Requirements before installation:
(1) handle with care in the process of handling, do not tilt more than 30° to the left, right and front to prevent equipment damage.
(2) if there is a packing box, check whether the box body is damaged before opening it.
(3) check whether the equipment is damaged during the transportation process after opening the box.
